RANDOLPH CHURCHILL ATTACKING THE GOVERNMENT. THE ESTIMATES CARRIED. London, Dec. 20. The Military estimates were considered in the House of Commons, when Mr Morley moved a reduction in the Suakin vote. Mr Gladstone supported the amendment. Lord Randolph Chnrchiil made a furious v attack on the Government, and said he was -•l prepare! to move a vote of censure at the opportu. c moment. The estimates were eventually passed without reduction by a majority of 90.’ During the debate on the amendment Sir Evelyn Baring, the British Ambassador at Cairo, was denounced as a tool of the military party. jp In the House of Commons to-day Bir J. Fergusson, in an apologetic speech on behalf of the Government, said he believed it was hopeless to parley for the release of Emin Bey •nd Stanley.
