.Mr E. P. Joyce, land and general commission agent, has town and country lands, with perfect titles, for sale. Mr Cahill, the well known fruiterer, of Waerenga-a-hika, is to the fore again this season with a splendid supply of locally grown fruit, whioh is picked fresh from his orchard and deliveiy made in any part of the town. Orders left at Mrs Craig's will be promptly attended to. Mr Cahill’s orchard at Waerenga-a hika is a credit to the district, which is so backward in this respect, and enables the owner to supply good fruit at cheap rates. Mr E. Spurdie, carter and general carrier, announces that he is prepared to receive and faithfully fulfil all orders entrusted to his care. The careful removal of furniture, the supplying of wood, beach shingle, etc., are performed with regard for cheaptieas and despatch. Orders may be left at Messrs Wingate, Burns and Co.’s Mr J. W. Wade, plumber, gaefitter, and general tinsmith, issues a business announcement. Mr Wade is so well known, and his work is so faithfully performed, that no further reference is necessary. He has a firstclass stock on hand of all articles requisite in the trade, and purchasers in this line of business will find it to their advantage to make a callj at Mr Wade’s.
