FOR IMMEDIATE SALE. THAT VALUABLE ESTATE NEAR GIS BORNE, known as the— PAPATU RUN. THIS PROPERTY consists of 3168 acres of Freehold Land, and 1589 of Leasehold, having upwards of 8 years yet to run. It is most conveniently situated, being about II miles from the Port of Gisborne, by a good level buggy road. A considerable part of the Freehold is rich alluvial Flat, equal in quality to any Land in the Poverty Bay District, which is well known as the most fertile in New Zealand. The remainder is good hilly Limestone and Papa country. The whole is well Watered. The Leasehold can be converted into a Freehold without much difficulty, and at a moderate price.
