REVELATIONS BY A FENIAN ORGANISER. London, Feb. 7. Major Le Caron, the military Fenian organiser, in bis evidence before the Parnell Commission, said the Fenians of America plotted to invade Canada, and seventy members of the Clan-na-Gael Society were cm ployed to aid the rising, Mr O’Kelly, a member of the House of Commons, was to ship arms to Ireland where they would be received by Messrs Parnell and Dillon. The United States Government in 1880 produced secret papers, pass words, and cyphers in which the whole plan was confessed, and they then secretly informed the British Government.
