London, Feb. 16. Mr Parnell is still ailing. A mandamus was applied for to quash the conviction against Mr O’Brien. The mandamus was refused. Mrs Weldon has sued Society, a London paper, for libel for describing her as a lf Man-woman.” She claims £3OO damages. Judgment was postponed. Parts, Feb. 16. It is expected that M. Freycinet will continue to hold office pending the result of the elections. General Boulanger has issued a manifesto in reference to the dissolving of the Chamber and the revision of the Constitution.
