HENNIKER HEATON, THE HUMBUG.
London, March 26. Mr C. Raikes, Postmaster General, apologised to the House of Commons for the necessity of answering Mr Henniker Heaton’s trivial questions on postal matter., and the latter, In consequence, gave notice to move a vote of censure on the Minister.
