London, March 28. A Copper Bank is being formed, with a capital of one million, for the purpose of gradually purchasing ths syndicates’ stock at £45 per ton. The Rev. Mr Hamany is of opinion that the Australians condemn the ignorance and apathy of the Colonial office and that the elder Colonist's oppose, while the younger Colonists favor separation. Two rails wore found lying across the line, but were discovered in time to prevent catastrophe.
