After the meeting of promoters of the Gisborne Bating Club held last evening a general meeting of shareholders in the Park Company was held—there being a large attendance. The proposal tp form a Club haq foeqn well met, and a' number of gentlemen, outside'of shareholders, have submitted their Hames for ballot. The launching of the Club has certainly met with public favor and will possibly be otto of the most successful speculations yet ventured upon in GHshorne,
