The Proc'urieur's indictment against General Boulanger recites the particulars of his career in Tunis, his machinations to obtain the position o£ a Minister, the circumstances undefe which he was compelled to retire froure the army, and his complicity with thei proceedings of the Patriotic League. _ The Government intended to arrest him while leaving his house on Tue*day morning, and had told off 80 Police Commissioners for the duty, but Boulanger was warned in time, and escaped at 2 o’clock in the morning. April 7. Tbe Government have ordered th* arrest of General Boulanger, should ho return to France. In hia second manifesto the General says that the indictment accuses him of frequent instances of sedition previous to entering the Ministry, and therefore his colleagues were culpable of condoning the offence. He expresses hfmself confident that the next general election will place him at the head of the National Party.
