LOCAL MAILS. For Hiek's Bay and To Araroa every alternote Friday at 7 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne every alternate Thursday, at 6 a.m. For Tologa Bay, Tokomaru, Tnparoa. Easter Holidays.—Post Office—On Good Friday this office will observe a close holiday. On Easter Monday, the Post Office will be open in all its branches. Mails usually closing on Friday will close at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday. Private boxes—Sunday hours on Good Friday; usual on Easter Monday. Telegraph Office—This office will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 7 p m. to 8 p.m. on both Good Friday and Easter Monday. W. W. BE SWICK, Chief Postmaster.
