Brussels, April 10. The Belgium Government have cautionedjGeneral Boulanger. Paris, April 10. General Boulanger has announced his intention of visiting England very shortly. Paris, April 10. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Henri Rochefort and the Compte de Ellor. The Senate has passed the Bill constituting itself a Court to hear the charges against persons accused of complicity in the actions of the Patriotic League, by a majority of 100.
