The Nspicr Volunteers have had their bile Shaken np by a newspaper correspondent who Sdicplrd the Easter encampment aa a farce, y their subsequent display of lerrikinism the Volunteers did much to prove that there was a gnod deal of justice in what was eaid. The letter appeared In tbe H.B. Herald, and in camp there was a burning of effigies, firing of blank ammunition, and other larrikin pranks that must have been taken as quite complimentary by the writer of the letter. The paper still exists, too.
