Wingate, Burns and Oo.; 6 sacks bran, 20 lOOlb-bags flour, 40 501 b-bags flour, Kennedy and Evans; 5 sacks oatmeal, 2 sacks wbeatmeal, 2 sacks bran, 50 sacks flour, 1 range, 12 pkgs, various oonsignees.

The eutter Venue (Captain Botham) sails for Napier, in ballast, with the first favorable wind. The Australia arrives from Auckland and coastal ports this afternoon. She goes on south at 5 o’clock. The Wairarapa leaves Auckland at noon to-day, and arrives in the Bay at about the same hour to-morrow. She leaves for Melbourne via South at 5. The Maitai, from southern ports, leaves Napier this evening, and is due here to-morrow morning. There will be only one launch going off, which leaves the wharf at 6 o’clock.
