ARRIVALS.
Ths Amiralis arrived in the Bay at 3.30 on Thursday afternoon, from Auckland via ■meatal ports. Passengers: Messrs Goodion from Wellington and Napier, arrived in the Bay yesterday morning. The Wairarapa came into the Bay at 11.40 wtftTdfty morning, from Sydney via Auck* land. Passengers: Mr and Mrs McLernon, servant, and six children; Mr and Mrs Fri*rt Mrs Carroll; Mines Sylvester and Hall; Messrs Hugo, Smith, and Trow.
DEPARTURES. The Australia went on Sooth on Thursday evening, taking-Messrs Pownell, Barry, Hewitt, Harrod. Kelly, Thompson; Master Beatson ; two prisoners, DeLacy and Schotter. The Maitai left for Auckland via coastal ports, yesterday morning, taking Mr Barnard and one native. . The eutter Venus sailed for Napier on Thursday evening. The Wairarapa steamed on South last evening, taking Mrs T. W. Porter and two children, Mrs H. Adair, Misses Porter and Innas, Messrs Greene, Williams, Brown, Wi Pore, DeLautour, Holden, Sisterton and one native.

Per Wairarapa—l box, Mrs Johnston; 1 case fish, Topping; 10 bunches bananas, Bull and Son; 2sacks oysters, Beresford; 1 pci, Wingate, Borns and Co.; 5 sacks oysters, Johnston; 4 pkgs sails, Kennedy; 1 pci, Adair; 1 case, Moore; 1 truss, Jeune; 1 pci, Warren ; 89 pkgs, 3 pole, 9 pkgs furniture, 5 cases, 1 toll, various consignees.
EXPORTS. Per Australia—l horse, 76 sacks grass seed, orders; 1 horse, 17 pkgs luggage. 1 buggy, Mrs T. W. Portsr. , Per Maitai—s bags clover, and sundry pkgs, for coastal ports.
The schooner Gisborne is due from Auckland via coastal ports to-day. The Botomahana arrives here early tomorrow morning from Melbourne and Southern ports. She goes on to Auckland and Sydney, the last launch leaving the wharf at 8 a.m.
