NAPIEE PARK RACING CLUB. Napier, last night. A meeting of the Committee of the Napier Park Easing Club takes place to-morrow (Thursday), when a letter from Mr Powell, of Wangunui, will be discussed. Mr Powell, who has been fairly successful as a starter up the Coast, is writing to all the clubs, offering to act as starter, at a small salary, and will start the first day for nothing, in order to show the club officials his abilities in that direction.
