The London Times is getting muddled up in other things beside* forgeries, It ha* the impudence or the Ignorance to aay that if the Imperial Government were to send out a regiment of troops to Victoria it would have the effect of firmly cementing the loyalty of colonists. Perhaps the Times would like the Government to try and experiment on the colonial larrikins as ba* bean done with the Irish people. It is remarkable that Victoria is proposed for the experiment, because after the recent ’’ loyalist" meeting in Sydney, when a well fed parson took the opportunity to give voice to hi a hatred of Rom'n Catholics, Now South Wales la probably considered to bo loyal to the backbone. It the British taxpayer undertakes to maintain the regiment the Victorians will be only too glad to accept the offer ; but otherwise, not quite I Deafness and noise* in the head cured in all itx various form* by an Easy, Sure, and Reliable Method.
