ARRIVALS.
The Australia arrived in the Bay yesterday morning, from Wellington and Napier. Passengers: Mr, Mrs, and Miss Bees, Messrs A and L Beet: (ex Kaikoura), Miss Pitt, Colonel Herrick, Messrs Buller, Williams, Thornton, Maguire, Greenup, and one Indian. The schooner Waiapu arrived in the roadstead on Thursday morning, bringing a ennaignment of timber for the Park Company’s grand stand. Sbe was unable to come up the river, and had to discharge the greater portion of her cargo alongside the breakwater. The Wairarapa arrived from Sydney and Auckland yesterday afternoon, bringing— Hours Weaver, Bear, Churchward, Dwig, and Price. DEPARTURES. The Pairy steamed for Napier on Thursday BUNToing* The Wairarapa left for the South last night, taking—Mrs Ritchie, Mr and Mrs D. Gordon, Misses Bates (2), Messrs A, McDonald. Williamson, Cottrell, Gregg, Robinson, and eight natives. The Australia went on North last evening. Passengers : Mrs Edwards, Messrs Warner, Mullan, and E. O’Meara. Bailed—Taupo, at midnight, for Dunedin, Bailed—Waihora, at 9 a.m. on the 20th, for Bluff. „ . s Srir, yesterday. Arrived—Fairy, at 2 a.tn., from Gisborne. WxixittoTox, Thursday. Bailed—Kaikoura, at 12.30 p.m., for Auckland, Aucxr-kxn, Thursday. Arrived—Omapere, at 9 p.m. on the 19th, from Gisborne. Sailed-Southern Cross, at 9.30 pm., for Gisborne. LrTTEttOX, Thursday. Arrived—Bothwell Castle, at 8.20 a.m., from Newcastle. Bailed—Botomahana, at 610 p.m., tor Wellington, with a Brindisi mail. Last night. Bailed—Lindus, at 11.15 p.m., for Melbourne. The s.s. Southern Cross arrives from Auckland via coastal ports to-night. She goes to Napier at 10 on Sunday morning. Last night the Botomahana left Wellington for the North. She arrives here early on Sunday morning. Last boat 8.
