Huddleston, claim £1 5s for one silver mounted sword belt. Judgmeut by default, with costa 7a.—G, 11. Ha I v. O. Hansen, claim £3 10s for papering and painting. Judgment for £1 ss, and costa 6a. —W, Adair v. G. Williams, o'alm £1 14s 4d for goods supplied. Mr Nolan for defendant. Judgment for amount, and costs 6s.—F. Hall v. C. E. Carter, claim £2 5s for money lent. Mr Nolan for plaintiff. Judgment for £1 Ils 83, and costs £ll2s.— A, J, Willson v. Karepa Wahanui, claim £6 llaon a judgment summons. The defendant was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, or in default seven days imprisonment,—A, Parnell r, J, M. Bidgoo:!, elalm £2 10s. An order was mads for the claim to be paid forthwith, or in default four days’ imprisonment, The following cases were heard before Captain Tucker and Mr Thompson, J.P’s, . H. Lewis v. W.
