Brokers resent ths colonies overborrowing and glutting the utarket, especially Ns* South Wnles. They sky that last year's stocks are still on hand to a large amount, as no time has been given to unload them. They object also to the violation of tho pledges not to continue borrowing, .which has lately occurred twice.
