The Kaiwarra Murder,
Wellington, last night. TheKaiwarra murder case concluded .at 5 o’clock this afternoon. The jury returned at 1 p.m.. after the Judge's summing up, which was against the prisoner. At 5 o’clock the jury brought ,in a verdict of guilty, and the usual sentence of death was passed. The verdict was generally expected to be one of not guilty, owing to the wont of direct evidence against'the prisoner.
