London, July IS. Mr Buttnois, a'Conservative, and Leveson Gower, Gladstone Liberal, will contest Marylebone seat, recently vacated by Lord Charles'Beresford. Lennox, the aeronaut, who ascended in a balloon with the intention of descending by means of a parachute, has been killed at Manchester. The balloon collapsed, and he fell from a great height. Colonel Wodehouse, who is at Aden, reports the heat to be excessive, but the health of the troops continue* good. A large number of deserter* from the enemy have arrived at hi* camp. CoxsTAtrnNorii; July 18. Edmund D. U. Fane, Secretary of British Embassy here, is missing. He left Broussa, a town situated at the foot of Mount Olympus, in Asia Minor, on a mountaineering expedition and is supposed to have been captured by brigands.
