W. A. Friar v. Alice McLeod, claim £24 2s 21 for goods supplied ; Mr DeLautour for plaintiff, and Mr Brassey for defendant; plaintiff nonsuited with costs £2 2s. Agatha Tharratt v, J. Hokeke, claim 18s 6d for goods supplied ; judgment by consent, with costs 6«. D. M. Ort v, B. 0, Caulton, claim £1 Ils 3d for goods supplied ; judgment by default, with eoats 7>. Same v, Samuel Locke, claim £4 Os 9d for goods supplied; judgment by default with costs 7s, B, Sinton v. J. H. Galloway, claim £3 9s 8d for work done judgment for plaintiff, with costs fls. W, Thompson v. P, Malone, claim £3 15e for the return of a coat or its value; Mr Brassey for plaintiff; plaintiff nonsuited. Teat and Friar v, Peti Karaitiana, claim £75 7s 7d, for goods supplied ; Mr Brassey for plaintiff, and Mr Finn (or defendant; judgment tor £62 6s Id, and costs £6 12s ; Mr Finn gave notice of appeal. Yesterday the cases heard were :—John Leary v. M. Kiely, claim £7 18s for labor ; Mr Brassey for plaintiff, and Mr Finn for |efendant; judgment for £6 16 s, and costs Judgment Summons Common, Shelton (nd 0o„ y. A.
