Several Irish public bodies are inviting Her Majesty the Queen to visit Ireland in the spring, The New Zoalaud commission loan, for the purpose of paying off the old 5 per cent debentures, is expected, to bo placed on the market in October. The Parnell-Timei Commission adjourn over the vacation term. Sir Henry James commences his address on the 12'h.
