The Fairy returns to Napier to-day. The outward passengers by the Australia and Southern Cross had a very unpleasant time of it on the wharf yesterday morning. The Snark was advertised to leave at 11 a.m, but there was not sufficient water in the river at that hour to allow the little launch to come any further than the breakwater; consequently those who intended leaving by the steamers had to wait about in the cold till 11.30, when the tender managed to get up to the wharf.
