DEAF.—A Person cured of Deafness and noises in the head of 23 years’ standing by a Simple Remedy, will send a description of it tbeb to any person who applies to Niohomon, 175 William Street, Melbourne, Mr Connolly has been selected to tbe vacant seat on the Supreme Court Bench. In an article prior to the appointment the Poet said ;—lt is degrading to the office that the position should be hawked about and dangled before the eyes of the profession and used as a means towards the advancement and attainment of pergonal or party ends, in which consideration for public interests forms no part.
