NOTICE is hereby given that THURSDAY, the 12ih day of September, 1839, at the hour of Ten in the forenoon, at McFarlane’s Hall, Gisborne, has been appointed by thia Honorable Court as the day, time, and place for the hearing of the Bankrupt’s application for his Discharge, and that the Bankrupt intends on that day, or as soon after as Counsel can be heard, to apply tor an Order of Discharge.
