A process for condensing milk by evaporation, which hu been practised by a farmer at Rotnsey. has been brought under the notice of the Victorian Agricultural Department, and the milk so treated has been tested (with most satisfactory results. By evaporation; all the water, it is reported, ie removed from the milk, which is thus reflucefl to about twuthirds of its original bull; and to the consistency of oreatn.
