Tologa Bay Social.

(FBOM A COBBESrONDENT.) The inhabitants of Tologa Bay gave a subscription dance on Friday, the 6th instant, when nearly all the residents of the district availed themselves of the opportunity of meet, ing together for an evening's enjoyment. Upwards of twenty oouple were present, and all the fashions of the day were exhibited. The following are a tew of the dresses worn during the evening :—Mies Trimmer—Black dress with broad pink sash, pink ribbon round her neck, and a boquet of jonquils on her breast; exceedingly pretty. Mrs IJpughton— Black silk dress, trimmed with muslin delaise. Miss Hale—Black dress, with pink ribbons and a tasteful bunch of ferns; very neat. Mies Spence—Black dress, with blue bows. Miss B. Spence—Cream dress, with blue trimmings and white lace. Mrs Malstead—Black velvet dress, with maroon trimming-. Mrs H. Trimmer—All black. Miss M. Spence—Navy blue dress, with pink ribbons. Mrs McMurray —Black dress, with blue trimmings, Miss L- thrope—White dross, with black trimmings and pink bows,
