ARRIVALS.
The s.s. Australia, from Auckland via way ports, arrived here at an early hour yesterday morning. Passengers : Misses Donaghue and Davidson, Messrs Bible, McLaugblan, and Wright. The s.s. Southern Cross arrived in the Bay yesterday morning, from South. Passengers : Mrs Fraser, Captain Miller, Messrs Willcocks, Snowden, Forsyth, and two steerage. The Union Company’s steamer Rotomahana (Capt. Carey) made a splendid run of 22| hours from Auckland, arriving in the roadstead at 11.30 yesterday morning. Passengers: Mrs Joyce, Misses Larsen and McAikie, Messrs McCaw and Colley.
DEPARTURES. The s.s. Southern Cross went on North yesterday morning. The s.s. Australia steamed on to Napier yesterday afternoon, taking—Messrs Dryden, Hughes, and Mullins. The s.s. Botcmahana embarkel her outward passengers at 5 o’clock last evening, and shortly afterwards continued her voyage South, taking—Mesdames Austin, Elderston, McAra, and Carrol!; Rev. J. McAra, Messrs Woon, Langford, Maher, Greene, and 26 Maoris.

Per Southern Cross—2l pkgs, F. Hall; 4 cases, 1 pci, 1 pkg, Wingate, Burns and Co.; 8 oases, Dunlop and Bourke; 10 caeca, 1 pkg, 10 bags, Lewis ; 1 case, Judge Barton; 13 pkgs, 100 sash weights, Graham. Pitt and Bennett; 20 | boxes, Pitt and Maguire ; 6 pkgs, Brown and Stuaill; 1 case, Taylor ; 23 pkgs, Johnston ; 70 bales, 46 cases, 6 cases Stout, 45 pkgs, various consignees. Per Rotcmabana—l case. Lewis ; 2 pkgs, Townley; 2 oases, Garrett Bros.; 1 case, 2 kegs, 1 pkg, Wingate, Burns and Co. ; 1 case, Graham, Pitt and Bennett; 1 pci, Clothing Factory ; 8 cases fruit, 1 case tea, 20 mats sugar, 1 pkg, 13 cases, 2 cases iron, 1 lawn mower, 10 boxes tea, 2 bdls brooms, various Consignees; 1 bale, Joyce; 2 cases, Topping.
EXPORTS. Per Australia—lo cases kumeras, 1 bale wool, 2 bales skins, 5 hhds tallow, orders. Per Rotomahana—44 sacks maize, Johnston ; 6 cases cheese, Townley ; 1 box butter, Bast: 7 cases cheese, 90 sacks barley, orders. The s.s. Te Anau, from South, will not reach here before Sunday evening or early On Monday morning. The barquentine Pendle Hill was towed out by the s.s. Weka in Napier, on Wednesday, and sailed for Newcastle with 75.800 feet timber,4l7 sacks potatoes, and 130 bales chaff.
