AND WHEREAS the trusty and wellbeloved Right Honorable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of Onslow, in the County of Salop, &c., &c., who rules over New Zealand and its Dependencies, is not the only one who has the welfare and prosperity of the Queen’s good people under his care. AND WHEREAS for the better security to the people of Gisborne, all and singular, the blessings aforesaid, the firm of Pitt and Maguire have struggled hard to meet the unparalleled demands upon their time and attention in the past, consequent upon their bringing down the price of Groceries. Therefore it is notified that our prices are still as low as ever. IN WITNESS whereof, a visit to the shop is specially invited.
