GISBORNE RACING CLUB’S SPRING MEETING. The following nominations were received at the Argyll Hotel last night by the Secretary —Mr M. G. Nasmith—for the above club’s Spring Meeting, which takes place on the Park Company’s new course on Monday, November lltb, 1889. Melbourne, Saturday. Bravo has advanced to 100 to 6 for tha Caulfield Cup. Daniel has been scratched for the Melbourne Cup, and Vera for the Caulfield Cup. The Hon. J. White’s horses, Abercorn, Rudolph, Singapore, Dreadnought, Utter and Prelude have arrived at Flemington. They have evidently undergone a very strong preparation. Carbine did a good mile and a-half gallop this morning.
