4 DIFFICULTY IN NAPIER.

Napier, last night, A special meeting of tbe Harbor Board was held this afternoon to consider the question of the deficiency in berthage accommodation in the inner harbor, caused by the dredging operations not coping with the silting up induced by the recent freshes. After much discussion it was decided to adopt measures for more vigorously pursuing, dredging work; also, with the view of relieving traffic in the inner harbor, that steps be taken for using the brpakyrater wharf The Government wilj therefore be asked to gazette it as a place for landing cargo.
