ARRIVALS. The s. s. Southern Cross arrived in the bay bom Wellington and Napier, yesterday morning. Passengers: Mr and Mrs Greger, Miss Cummings; Messrs Warren, Usher, Newland, and Skernet. The s.s. Australia arrived in the bay about 1 o’elook vesterdav from Auckland. Passengers : Mr and Mrs Moses, Messrs Hart and Dands. The s.s. Te Anau, from Sydney and Auckland, arrived in the roadstead yesterday afternoon, Passengers : Mrs Calder, Messrs Sewat, Longley. Marshall, Davis, Butler, Growdey, McCallum (2), and Hunter. DEPARTURES. The s.s. Southern Cross left the breakwater at noon yesterday, and resumed her passage north immediately afterwards, taking Messrs Crotty and Casene. The s.s. Australia went on to Napier last evening, taking Mr and Mrs Murray and four children, Mrs Andrews, and Captain Millman, The s.s. Te Anau resumed her voyage south at 9 o’clock last night, taking—Mrs Smith four children and servant, Mrs Arundel and three children, Mrs Townley, Mrs Sinelair and child. Misses Howarth, King, Goldsmith, and Jennings, Major Porter, Messrs Williams, Hart, Newland, Baker, Orr, Brown, Gelbie, Botham, Bell, Trew, Sinclair, Bennett, Webb, and Muir. IMPORTS. At 10 o’clock yesterday morning, the Southern Cross steamed alongside the breakwater and discharged a cargo of cement for the harbor works.
