District, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ, bearing date the fourteenth day of November, 1889, under tbe band of the Clerk of tbe Write, an Election will be held for tbe return of a qualified person to serve as a Member for the said Electoral District; and that the Nomination of Candidates will take
