Omapere arrived in the bay early on Tuesday morning, from the South, and shortly after noon she steamed alongside the breakwater and discharged a cargo of cement for the harbor works. DEPARTURES. At 5 o'clock on Tuesday evening the Omapere left the breakwater, and shortly afterwards resumed her passage North. IMPORTS. Pho will probably complete her loading at the latter end of next week, The steamer Star of England is expected to arrive here to-morrow. The steamers Ringarooma and Southern Cross are both due here to-morow, from Auckland.
The s.s Australia leaves Napier to night and arrives in the bay early to morrow morning.
