IN pursuance of the Regulations of Elee tions Act, 1881,1, Jambs Booth, Return ing Officer for the East Coast Electoral District, do hereby give notice that by virtue of a writ, bearing date tbe fourteenth day of November. 1889, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an Election will be bold for tbe return of a qualified person to serve as a Member for the said Electoral District; and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Court House.
