WHATAUPOKO ROAD DISTRICT. NOTICE is hereby given that this Board will proceed by Special Order on TUESDAY, 31st DECEMBER, 1889, to make and levy a special rate of one-sixteenth of a penny in the pound over all property in the Road District, for a period of 28 years, for the purpose of securing to the Government the Annual payments on account of a sum of £230, found necessary to be raised to complete the several roads and bridges partly constructed out of Loan moneys in North Gisborne. This Bate will not be collected, but will form part of the Special Bate made on 6th June, 1888, to secure the annual charges on the Loan.
