The proposal to be considered is that this Council borrow under Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, a sum of £4500 for the erection of a cart bridge at Kaiteratahi, to ba repaid by a Special Bata of Oni Sixth of a Pxssy in the Pound for 26 years, upon all property in the Waikohu and Ormond Road Districts.
