ARRIVALS.
The b.b. Tarawera, from Sydney and Auckland, arrived in the bay on Saturday bringing Maater Mazengarb ; Messrs Maude, Coleman, Clarke, and 5 steerage.
The as. Manapouri arrived in the bay on Sunday mornirg f;om Southern port’. Pas sen gers : Mesdames Bourke, Hansen, and Woolley; Misses Mclntosh, Douglas. Lamb, Sidman, and two children ; Messrs Davg'as, Ball, Butt, Taylor, McCauley, Sudah, Dean, Pahoe, and 5 stevedores. The barque Peru (Captain W. B. Orr) arrived at an anchorage in the bay shortly after two o’clock on Saturday afternoon, from the Queensland port of Townsville, via Auckland. The barque is a fine substantia! iron vessel of 683 tons, owned by J. S. ewart and Co, of Dundee, and under charter to the New Zealand Shipping Company to load for Heme. The Peru is at present lying a long distance out for the purpose of discharging hey ballast, after which she will be brought up to the usual anchorage in the bay, and she will immediately commence loading operations,' The P.**. Southern Cross arrived in the bay on Saturday morning, from Wellington and Napier. DEPARTURES. The s.p. Tarawera s'eamed on South on Saturday evening, tnkir g Mcs lemes Waugh, Seymour and child, Hollywood, Morrow and two children' McDonald and child, and Flux ; Miss Stewart ; Messrs W’hytehead, Pearse (2), Broughton, Pitcher, Bowyer, Greaves, Williams, O’Neill, Watson, Cooper, Hay, Cockburn, and Flux. The 8.8. Manapouri went on North on Bunday morning. Passengers : Messrs Andrew and It vine. The p.B. Southern Cross went on North on Saturday. IMPORTS.
