POVERTY BAY TUBE CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING. The following weights have been declared for the first day’s racing in connection with the Poverty Turf dub’s Annual Race Meeting to ba held on the Waerengaa-bika course on Tuesday and Wednesday, January l*th and 15th inat. :—

AUCKLAND RACE MEETING. The fallowing are the final results of the above meeting :—Nursery Handicap : Mary 1, Souvenir 2, Cambria 3. Auckland Plate : Tirailleur 1, Fabulous 2. Steep eohase : Orangeman 1, Messenger 2, Volcano 3. Chemist, Rossiter, Hurricane, and Kneecap also ran. Chemist and Rossiter came to grief at the first hurdle, and were not persevered with. Hurricane also fell at the stone wall. Musket Stakes : Quadrant 1, Corunna 2, Mary 3. Victoria Handicap : Cuirassier 1, Patchwork 2, Laorina 3.
