For N.pier and Wellington, per Southern Cross, on Thuredsy, at 2 p.m. For Tauranga and Auckland, per Australia, On Thuredsy, at 7.30 p.m. For N.pier, Wellington, south, and Australian colonies, (also, United Kingdom, per direct steamer, due London March 20th), per Arawata.on Friday, at 7.30 p.m. For Auckland and Sydney, per Wairarapa, on Saturday, at 7.30 p.m. On Wednesday, the 29th inat,, Jubilee Day, the Telegraph Office will open from 9 a.m. till 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. till 8 p.m. The Port Office will observe a close holiday, mails usually despatched that day being closed at 7.30 p.m. on the 28th. Town letters will be delivered over the counter from 7 till 8 p.m. on the 28th. Private boxes will observe Sundayjhonrs. LOCAx. MAILS. For Tolnga Bay, (Tokomaru, Tuparoa. Aku akn, Port Awanui, Waipiroßay and Rangi tnkia every Friday, at 7 p.m. and arrive at Gisborne every Thursday at 6 p.m. For Waimata Valley, every Monday, at 1.30 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne every Monday, at 10.30 a.m.l For To Karaka and Whatatutn, every Tues, day at 2 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne every Thursday at 11 a.m. For Wairengaokuri, Tiniroto and Wairoa, every Monday, at 9 a.m., and arrive at Gisborne every Thursday, at 5 p.m. For Makaraka, Waerenga-a-hika and Ormond, daily at 2.80 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne daily at 11 a.m. For Hick’s Bay and Te Araroa every alter Date Friday at 7 p.m., and arrive at Gis borne every alternate Thursday, at 0 p.m. For Matawhero, Te Arai Bridge and Patutahi every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at 2 p.m., and arrive at Gisborne on the same day,, at 11 a.m, W.
