Williams, the late Borough Valuer (who sent in bis resignation last week), is about to leave, or has kit, the colony,without satisfying a judgment of tbe Resident Magistrate’s Court, in respect of a maintenance order for the support of his four illegitimate children, a writ for bis arrest has been sued for. It is generally suppnnad that Williams left for the 1 Pacific slope ' by tho 'Frisco beat which sailed from Auckland oti Monday.”
