ARRIVALS.
The U.S.S. Co.’s steamer Southern Cross arrived from Wellington and Napier on Saturday morning. Passengers: Messrs Fraser, Stott, Hansard. Jamieson, Coodhouse, Wilkinson, Huntlev, Whittenbnrg, and Peby. The schooner Waiapu arrived from Auckland via way ports on Saturday morning. The Union Company's s.s, Manapouri, from Melbourne via southern ports, came into the bay early on Bunday morning, Ritesengers: Mesdamee Browne. Newman, Adeane, Parkerson, Woon, White, Nelson, and Greenwood, Misses Williams, Greenwood, Hick, Bee, Newman, Douglas, Hutchinson, Galway, and Peacock, Master Douglas, Mauri Bourn, Spencer, Mount, Miller, Green, Thomson, Hutchinson, Weston, McAlister, Paiker, Evans, Stopford, Niebett, Sawyer, Bichardson, Leslie, Featon, Dixon, Callender. O’Neil, Beard, Constable Hansen, and two Maoris.
The Union S 8, Company's Haureto, from Sydney and Auckland, arrived in the roadstead shortly after 6 o'clock on Sunday evening. On the passage down from Auckland she met with a strong head wind, which delayed her about six hours. Passengers :Mr Adams and Misses Adams (2). The echooner Orpheus arrived in the bay on Sunday morning. DEPARTURES. The s.e. Southern Cross went on North on Saturday, taking—two Maoris. She as. Australia resumed her passage south on Bunday morning, taking—Miss Ebling. The a-s. Manapouri steamed on to Auckland and Sydney on Bunday. Passengers; Meedames Rosie, McOlive, Atkins and child, Miss Bobb, Mescs Atkins and Greaves, The a.e, Haurota con tinned her voyage tenth shortly after 9 o'clock su Bunday evening. IMPOSTS.

Porter ; 74 bales wool, 1 dump skins and wool, Graham, Pitt and Bennett; 92 bdls skins, 2 casks tongues, Nelson Bros.; 1 horse, Smith. Per Southern Cross—l bag hides, Graham, Pitt and Bennett; 45 bags bones, 17 bdls skins, 21 hides ; 23 sacks grass seed, Kennedy and Evans. Par Manapouri—3 cases fruit, 33 sacka grass seed. Auckland, last night. Sailed—Jubilee, at 4.30 p.m,, for Gisborne. Port Chalmers, Saturday. Arrived—Barque Salvador, from London. The ship Turakina leaves Napier on Thursday next for this port. The schooner Gisborne was to have left Auckland last night for thia port.
