Spit, Tuesday. . Arrived—Pendle Hill, from Newcastle. Yesterday. Sailed—Ship Seiriol Wyn, for London. Sailed—Hauroto, at 6 p.m., for Gisborne. Sailed—Jubilee, at 9 p.m., for Gisborne. Wellington, Tuesday. Arrived—R M.S. Ruapehu, at 11.20 a.m., from Plymontn via Hobart. Yesterday. Arrived—R.M.S. louiu, from Lyttelton. The Ellis steamer Jubilee left Wellington on Tuesday evening for Sydney via Northern ports. She should put in an appt arancehere earlj this morning, resuming her passage North after discharging cargo. The Union s.s. Company’s Hauroto, from Southern ports, calls in here to day, and is advertised to proceed on to Auckland and Sydney. The s.s. Southern Cross is expected to arrive here th» a afternorm. from Auckland. She goes on to Napier and Wellington. The 8 e. Australia is due from Napier tomorrow morning, and is announced to steam north at 4 a.m.
The a.?. Manapouri leaves Auckland to-day and arrives here tc-mcrrow afternoon. She laavM tor Melbourne via southern porta at 4.
