Company’s Southern C oss arrived from Wellington and Napier yesterday morning. Passengers; Messrs Corrigan, McCellar, Beauman, Sinclair, Rielly, Smi h, and Moore. The U S.S. Company’s Rotomahana came into port shortly after one o'clock yesterday afternoon. Passengers: Mesdames Liddle (andchild) and McDonald, Miss Duckworth, Messrs Huney, Hewatt, Owen, Sextins, and Bishop Luck. DEPARTURES. The s.s. Australia went on to N*pier at 6 o’clock last evening, taking—Mrs Chris'enaeu and child, Messrs Harrison, Brown, Parsons, Haydon, Golding, and Murphy. Ths s.B. Southern Cross proceeded on North last night. Passengers: Misses Vaughan (2), Travers, and Rae, Messrs Ward, Dalton, Greaves, and one native. The s.s. Rotemabaoa lesnmed her passage South lust evening, taking—Mescbiues Ward and family (4), T< udand two children, Goodman, and Brown. Misses Harris, DeLautour, Hassett, and GlaZ'ibrock, Judge Seth Smith, Rev. Williams, Messrs G'yne«, Robjohns, Wright, Todd, A. Searle, Rees, Hindmarsh (2.', Brown, Ward, Webster, Worth, Irvine, McLough’in, Fisher, and 12 Maoris. The schooner Gisborne sailed for Napier viaMahiion Thursday night.

The s.s. Ohau is expected to arrive here from the South tc-morrow morning. The Union Company’s steamer Te Anau has been detained down South acd will not reach here till Monday morning. She goes on to Auckland and Sydney.
