An ordinary meeting of the Borough Council takes place this evening. Tne Napier Fire Brigade are going to hold a competition at Buster, to which the Gisborne and Palmerston North Brigades have been invited. It ie reported that Maliatoa has Issued a proclamation to the effect that all HawUiaus and Chinese at present in Samoa must get out.
