ARRIVALS.
The U.S.S. Company’s Australia, from Auckland via way ports, came into port on Thursday afternoon. Passengers : Mr and Mrs Shultze, Misses Fergusson and Millar, Messrs Carr, Wallis, and one Maori. The U B.S. Company’s Southern Cross arrived here from the south on Friday morning, bringing—Mesdames Johnson anti child, Bruce, and Walker, Misses Parr, Moore, and Green, Messrs Sreen, Fraser, Barnard, Bull, Paulson, J. Wrlliame, Hare, Beresford, Walker, Hurd, Meek, Johnson, and Williams. The U.S.S. Company’s Tekapo arrived in the roadstead at 4 a.m, on Saturday, from Sydney and Auckland. Passengers: Mesdames Bloomfield, Brown, Sheath, Toole, and Bailey, Mies Nicholson, Messrs Brown, Bloomfield, Battray, Sherratt, Kensington, Edwards, and Treller. The U.S.S. Company’s Botomabana came into the bay at daylight yesterday morning, from Melbourne via Southern ports. Passengers : Mesdames Jennings and two children, Nicbolsen and five children, Banks and infant, Messrs Bingham. Mackley, Smith, Jennings, Duncan, Barrett, Harrison, Kelby, and Finucane.
DEPABTUBES. The s.s. Australia went on south on Thursday night, taking—Messrs Hutchinson, P, Brown, Bingham, Millett, and E. Brown. The s.s. Southern Cross steamed on north on Saturday morning. Passengers : Messrs Hepburn and Malavery. The s.s. Tekapo resumed her passage south at 8 o'clock on Saturday morning. Passengers; Misses McKinney and Dickson, Major Porter, Messrs Dickson, Akroyd, Finch, and four natives. The schooner Opotiki sailed for Napier on Sunday morning. The B.S. Botomabana left for Auckland and Sydney at 8 30 a. m. yesterday.

Per Tekapo—l case, 1 pel, Garrett Bros.; 1 pkg, W. Morgan; 2 pkgs, 1 sack seed, 1 coil rope, Graham, Pitt and Bennett; 3 pkgs, Bloomfield; 2 perambulators, Townley; 12 cases oranges, 3 cases fruit, 1 truss, 20 bags salt, 8 cases, 2 pels, 9 pkgs, orders.
