The U.S.S. Company’s Australia from Wellington and Napier, arrived here on Saturday morning. Passengers—Messrs Salmon, Boyd, Jenkins, Golegrove, Millet, Carr, and Low. The U.S.S. Company's Wairarapa came into port on Saturday morning, from Sydney and Auckland, bringing—Mrs Rhodes, M isses Stewart, Joyce, and Noxton, Messrs Rhodes, Gordon. Eccelston and three children. The U.S.S. Company’s Mararoa came into port on Sunday morning from Melbourne, via Southern ports. Passengers : Mesdames Callie and Anderson ; Misses Haymes and Anderson, Master Anderson ; Messrs Leader, Partridge, MacFarlane, A. McLean, J. V. Brown, Sisterson, Findlay, Beach, Downie, Dean, MscKenzie, seven Maoris and two Children. The U.S.S. Company’s Southern Cross arrived from northern ports on Sunday morning. DEPARTURES.

The s.s. Australia went on north on Saturday morning, taking—one Maori. The «.«. Wairarapa resumed her passage couth shortly after arrival, taking—Mesdames Walters and two children, Ratcliffe, Quinney and five children, Messrs Havell, Evans, Hadkins, Goldsmith, Adair, Maguire, Carroll, Greene, Master Evans and five Maoris. The s.s. Southern Cross steamed on to Napier on Sunday morning, taking Messrs Carr, Thomson, and two steerage. The s.s. Mararoa left for Sydney via Auckland on Sunday morning. The cutter Venus made a splendid trip of 12 hours from Gisborne to Napier, arriving there at midnight on Saturday.
