The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received "the following cable from their London House, dated 19th inat.:— “ Tallow: Market weak. Fine mutton tallow is worth 24s 6d per cwt. Good beef tallow is worth 23s per cwt. “Frozen Meat: Mutton market quiet. Canterbury mutton is worth 4gd per lb; Wellington mutton is worth 4|d per lb. “ New Zealand Beef: Stocks light and market firmer. F.ore quarters are worth 4|d per lb; hind quarters are worth 4jd per lb.”
