ARRIVALS.
The U.S.S. Company’s s.e. Waihora, from Melbourne via Southern ports, arrived in the bay early yesterday morning. Passengers : Captain and Mrs McLean, Mr and Mrs Evans and family, Misses Nelson (2), Andrew and Thomson; Masters Reynolds and Murphy; Messrs South. Brassev, Patterson, Levy, Ballerby, Karaitiana, Wilson, Cosgrove, and 13 steerage. DEPARTURES. The s.s. Waihora steamed on north at 11 o’clock yesterday morning, taking—Misses Craig and Powley, Messrs J. Dixon, Rees, G. B. Moore, and St. Maur Company.

Parnell. EXPORTS. PerMararoa—l29 cases cheese, Townley; 86 sacks maize. Per Waihora—l32 sacks potatoes, 99 sjcks barley, 87 sacks onions, 36 sacks rye grass seed, orders ; 20 kegs beef, Hatton and Score.
